upper pics are current, 180/94kg=5'11"/207lbs.

lifting 130/112.5/180/67.5 = 285/250/400/150 for SS reps. squat deloaded more often due to technique issues.

lower pics are before lifting, weighed something like 70kg/155lbs.

looking at these pics i realize i look like foken shit. the lighting is quite uncomplimentary though. starting a cut soon on madcow and then something like 531 bbb.

lacking motivation trying to cut, considering winter bulk because I haven't been getting strong. Lifts are decent (475 dead/365 squat/235 bench) but I had tried to join the military for a while and focused more on cardio etc

want to get lean before I sort of just eat right and eat a little bit above TDEE but haven't been feeling the gym lately. Any advice is appreciated

other than when i was kid, i've only ever had two bikes. i got the first trek with a belt drive and replaced it with the madone after it became maintenance nightmare.

i'd love to get something really fancy, but if you don't crash, carbon fiber seems to age pretty well. my bike still looks new after cleaning it, even though it has a bjillion miles on it.
