Just like rice

Don't be fooled by the "whole wheat" bread you ignoramus, it can still only be 30% wheat and the rest garbage wheat.
>>34986131
>whole wheat
Still empty carbs with barely any nutritional value, just with a bit of extra fibre to make your shit thick solid and tight.
The only reason that people think whole wheat bread and brown rice are any more healthy than white bread and white rice is due to excellent marketing campaigns, the nutritional content is almost identical

Storebought 'whole wheat' is around 60% whole wheat tops and full of soy/preservatives
Real wholegrain is fine
Unless it's Ezekiel bread or you have a legit bakery in your town/make it yourself, your "whole wheat" bread is pretty much white bread dyed brown and pumped with sugar
>>34986182
Unless you buy actual whole wheat bread like I assume OP is talking about
>>34986224
>still empty carbs
It's similarly nutritious to oatmeal. Good for minerals and B-vitamins in addition to the fiber
>The only reason that people think whole wheat bread and brown rice are any more healthy than white bread and white rice is due to excellent marketing campaigns
Where'd that reasoning come from? Refined grains are shit for blood sugar, insulin, blood pressure, etc while whole grain foods are much healthier in a lot of ways. Every expert group in the world recommends basing your diet on whole grains because they're nutritious and come with a lot of health benefits
>eating bread
What are you some poor roman street pleb?

One must certainly only buy bread or whole wheat bread, and other foods such as wheat noodles and such, if they have the Whole Grains Seal on the package. Just like you see on your oats. You must ONLY consume products with the whole grain, at the least.

As far as cereals, breads, pastas go..basically your carbs that we purchase you risk them being more 'processed' because they are using refined grains rather than the whole germ therefore giving the food a higher glycemic index by my calculation which you only want to consume at calculated times in your diet.
The only thing worse than fapping.
