Depending on your caloric requirements, you might lose weight. But you would be doing your body the most feminist-grade disservice. Mcshithole does not count as food. Whey is not exactly food either, just an extremely convenient method for supplementing protein intake in as few calories as possible.
Meatsandwiches are max calories for min cost. Low grade meat, not-even-actually-cheese, whatever the hell petrochemical makes up the sauce/condiment, and the absolutely crappiest "bread" dough buns.
So turdburgers and whey are philosophically opposed.

Why don't you eat actual food? If I showed you a slideshow of vegetables and prime meat cuts could you name any of them?

The main thing that makes fast food and processed garbage so bad is that it is generally very high in sodium, carbs, and very low in vitamins and minerals. Macro is important yes, but having shit Micro over weeks and weeks, years, etc is what really fucks you over.

It has nothing to do with the quality of the ingredients as idiots on here try to insist. GMO vs organic, "low quality beef", etc means nothing. The real problem with a McDouble diet is that you are getting about 3g of Sodium per day with basically no Potassium to balance the salt intake, and what about Vitamin A, B, C, D, E? Minerals? Basically you will just feel like shit and your body cannibalizes itself to produce the micros necessary for healthy cellular function.

My diet consists of Meat, Nuts, and raw fruits/vegetables only. I also only choose foods that actually have dense micronutrient profiles like Almonds, Cantaloupe, Bananas, Berries etc vs things like Apples, Pears, and Grapes which are pretty shit tier as far as micro nutrients go.

So that is the basic answer to your question why "junk food is so unhealthy", but keep in mind not all "healthy" food is equally good. Its a spectrum, there are bad choices, ok choices, and good choices and its possible to fit foods from all 3 groups into a very healthy balanced diet.

Do your own research by looking at macro and micro profiles (nutritiondata.com is a good place to start), dont follow the meme advice here on /fit/, most of the posters here are high school / college age morons you wouldnt trust with your keys much less you physical health.

It's one of the most damaging ideas amongst your average person that there is "healthy" and "unhealthy" food, when what is far more important is your overall diet on a long term scale, not what each individual mouthful you eat contains

Nothing wrong with having a cheat meal once in a while when you're working out. The problem is the majority of people don't work out and eat this shit regularly. A single fast food "meal" contains the TDEE for the average non-exercising person. The obese landwhales in scooters didn't get fat in a day.

it's kind of high in fat senpai, desu this is only reasonable if you are good on self-control and sedentary. there's not enough protein (or calories) to support proper muscle development. there's not enough carbs to support proper activity levels. the fat is almost certainly all saturated/trans fats.

you would have a hard time keeping to such a diet so you'd need caffeine or amphetamines to suppress your appetite to eat this diet. it's much more expensive than the frozen ground beef, cheese, ketchup, and buns that mcdonalds uses, and that you could buy yourself at a store.

not that there are alot of reasons this isn't a very good diet, beyond whether or not you would lose weight.

you also might find that hygiene at mcdonalds is bad, you'll likely develop acne, strep, and the common cold trying to eat such a diet. the detergents that the 18 year olds that you pay plenty, but have their money greedily stolen from them by higher ups and have never heard of a tip don't get rinsed properly off of the griddles and you eat that soap that has leached into the meat.

the meat itself usually isn't very lean. talking like 75-78% lean which is why it slides down your throat so readily. on that if you start chewing your food (what a fucking concept) you're likely to bite into a chunk of bone, which says more about the quality of the meat than your bad habits really. try it, chew your next burger, there's like a 50-50 chance that if you grind it up using your face muscles an unpleasant grain of bone will get stuck between your teeth, either that or some cardboard.
