- 100 push ups
- 100 sit ups
- 100 squats
- 10km run

If you do it, do the run in the morning and do the bodyweight exercises in the afternoon. First couple of weeks you're going to get bad doms so i suggest booking in a sports massage and plenty of foam rolling.

Also I would strongly recommend switching out the 10k run with a swim/bike so as to not get things like shin splints.

It would make much more sense if it was 100 sets of 100 reps and then 10km between each set. I mean the guy is a normal human that destroys everything with one punch. He leveled a mountain without even touching it.
