Fairly low is good if you're juicing, otherwise like the above guy said they're linear with your testosterone levels. As a natty, low estrogen = low testosterone by nature unless we're talking about free test which is the test that matters. You want to watch your sex hormone binding globulin in that case.

No. Estrogen is important for several things.
Normal levels are what you want.
Low estro can mean weak boners, no libido and acne, as well as terrible moods and even depression.
The notion that estro being a female primary sex hormone somehow makes it bad for masculinity is just wrong.

No.. Generally sweet spot I find from being a low T dude myself and reading lots about other people who have hormone problems. 20s is usually where you want to be. But it depends on how sensitive you are and some people might even have some symptoms not far from that(either high or low)but one thing to not forget that is also important is the estrogen to testosterone ratio it self.
