>>
>>34977668
why?
Probably bench then its one of the big 4 for a reason.Dips work pretty well for assistance aswell.
>>
>>34977679
So is there anything better than bench?
>>
>>34977596
I do db bench and dips and you can too
>>
>>34977728
In terms of chest exercises? Not that I know of.
>>
Dips for easy chest pump.

Bench works more muscles and has much less focus on the chest depending upon the bone structure of your chest and arm length.
>>
>>34977668
dips
>>
>>34977668
You have to pick one? Why can't you do both?
>>
>>34977947
You're just gonna have to trust me.
>>
tricep-dips or tricep extensions for..tricep?
>>
>>34977973
rippetoe skulcrushers
>>
>>34977990
Those are tricep-extensions.
>>
>>34977998
I like db tricep extensions personally.Though you have to be carefull with how much weight you use you can get mad tendonitis of the elbow if you use to heavy a weight.
>>
In SS you dont have to pick dips or bench?
>>
>>34978273
I'm not doing SS.
>>
Bench.

There are more metrics that you can work with with less risk such as:
>grip
>pause before the eccentric
>bands for speed work

These can be done with dips as well, for sure, but don't treat your shoulders as nicely.

Depends on your body structure, I was made for dips , I fucking hate bench though
>>
>>34977596
Dumbbell presses, flyes and dips are good. Barbell bench is a bit of a meme.

literally everything is better than bench for chest
>>
>>34981289

>squat better than bench for chest
>>
>>34978098
Tricep extensions??? Fck me, that a pussy exercise. Do some heavy close grip press, dips and heavy overhead dumbbell extensions. Bet you look like shit.
>>
>>34981309
alright sorry, forgot about literal autists. any exercise, which focuses on and involves the pectoralis major, is better for building up your chestt han the bench press
>>
>>34977773
lol benchpressing is a pretty limited motion when u want to train your pecs.
>>
The answer from a bodybuilding perspective is DIPS

anyone who says otherwise has been training less than 3 years
