What kind of exercises should I do to be able to perform number 4?
Ive already done SS, (up to 1.5pl8t scat, 1pl8 bench, and 2pl8 dl), so I want to move on to something else.
Im thinking of switching to some kind of bodywieght routine to do pic related..
Be skinny asian fag who only bboys (calisthenics)
or a child with moderately sweaty palms.
