Hey /fit/ i started bulking for the first time i'm new to bodybuilding i'm 6'2 150 lb. How do you guys bulk??? yes i know eat, eat,eat but i have tried and I've thrown up 4 times this week and i only have 2 weeks training/bulking what do i do!?

Eat the most calorie dense foods you can. Whole milk + something like guacamole or half a jar of peanut butter and I was good to go

I am eating sushi twice a day. I eat about 24 california roll pieces and 8 pieces of nigiri. Expensive as fuck, but at least it doesn't make me feel like shit the whole day like Mc D's.

You could replace chicken with beef since they have more calories and add bbq sauce. Also try to find more calorie dense alternatives and try to eat less vegetables for the meantime cause they're very low on calories and you're just gonna get more full
