Why do people eat brown rice pasta? It sounds like it tastes like shit. Just fucking eat pasta if you want to eat pasta. The difference in nutrition between pasta and brown rice is so minimal, it's not worth making your meal bland and hard to eat.

OP's eating broccolini so he's probably on that gluten-free business. I eat brown wheat pasta.

You make it worse with those hard to digest grains. Try simple carbs in the form of food crack: white pasta.

So I eat a little dirty. All you can eat buffets.. some junk food, some sweets, but for the most part I balance it all out.

I just ate beef stew (steak, celery, carrots, baby gold potatoes, onion, mushrooms), some boiled peanuts, and a glass of eggnog.

For lunch I had tilapia, broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes.

I ate a couple eggs with swiss and tomatoes earlier, a banana, and some toast and jam.

A couple ON Gold Standard Whey protein isolate shakes, some preworkout shit, creatine, and a couple of energy drinks. A multivitamin and fish oil.

Lift about 1.5 to 2 hours 5 to 6 times a week.

No cardio, I'm bulking.

I appear to be maintaining 12% to 15% body fat with my abs fairly defined. Building about 2 lbs a month.

amidoingitrite?

Seems to me I can enjoy my food and I'm steadily surpassing natty limit without gear.

So who gives a shit about a little fat, salt, and sugar? It makes things taste good. Meanwhile, these permabulkers are eating bland ass chicken breasts and spending a shit ton of money on strange organic shit, yet fucking themselves over by eating just a little too much for their metabolism.

oh god. Looking at it this way, I'm only gaining something like 0.09 lbs per workout, or 0.065lbs. per day

All that food I mentioned and my body only keeps 0.065 lbs of it. All that money in food and supplements..

Fuck

All that fucking time in the gym. All those hours tired as fuck waking up a few hours before work to get the gym in.

FOR 0.065 lbs of lean mass a day!

I'm now depressed.

i have a feeling the guy who makes these threads treats eat better as a fad that he knows he wont be apart in the next couple years and he needs someone to know that he is eating the way he is(validation or acknowledgement).

Tf are u talking about? The hogdetwins said it takes years to amass 30lb of lbm...
>>
>>34976158
At this rate it should take me roughly 1 yr. and 3 mo.

So since I started this past summer, next fall I should have 30 more lbs of lean mass than when I started.

6'0" @ 218lbs currently. Started with a little more bodyfat around 210lbs. Maybe I should give up.

nice kitchen psychology m8.
I am going for a run and then eat tortillas with chicken, salsa, feta cheese and vegetables. I'm cutting (aiming for 0,5kg weight loss per week), but I'm wondering if I should eat the tortillas. Let's see.
