Tbh I squat everyday and I gained about 15 pounds in about a month, after i got my nutrition right. Even before that my leg gains were phenomenal.

Everyday squats? Nah fuck that. I like to do one leg day for my 4 day split. I spend 2+ hours on them during my leg workouts. I am then sore for a good few days if i pushed myself. I couldn't imagine squatting everyday. Doesnt seem as effective as having a work out devoted to legs where you obliterate them then let them rest.
