I got legs pretty much down pat but I've never really been good with my upper body

I like to hit shoulders with high intensity and moderate volume. You get the hypertrophy of high volume (12-15 reps) with the shock of a bigger weight. I go for 10 reps with a higher weight in order to shock muscles into growth

i think my shoulder progress has been pretty solid. from august until now, i've been doing 5x10 lat raise at 4 different angles (front, angled, side, rear) daily -- that's 200 per day per arm for 4 months.

i also do wide and narrow pull-ups, but i don't keep an exact count, probably in the 50-100 range per day, ~5-10 every time i enter/exit my room.

my routine is pretty bench heavy too (every other day) since my upper body was/is pretty dyel.

Chest Dips and/or Decline bench presses those will work out the lower part of your chest just fine.
And make sure to trian the rest of the chest as well.

Abcx repeat. Add a rest day if it's needed but usually it's not.
A=chest,tri,shoulder,traps,sauna
B=legs,abs,sauna
C=back,bi,forearm,sauna
X=rest or cardio

I don't advocate the bro split for everyone. I have the time to do it and the money for sups and food to enhance recovery. Works for me though. Last pic after workout. It's been a few days since I'm on vacation. Looked deflated in the first pic.
