Hey guys! Been lurking here for a while.
So here's my situation, if anyone cares.
Been kind of heavy all my life, haven't been under 200 since sophomore year in high school.
22 now, 6 foot 235..
About three months ago my girlfriend of four years and I split up. Started eating really bad, smoking two packs a day, drugs, alcohol etc.. life kind of spun out of control. About a month ago I decided enough was enough and decided to dedicate every day to looking and feeling better.
Quit smoking, cocaine, weed, and only drink small amounts on weekends with friends.
Began eating better a few weeks ago. Chicken breasts, greens, pretty much paleo Diet. Only drinking water etc.
I started running every day and lifting weights I feel great.
I guess i just have some questions for anons who've maybe been in a similar situation.
1. Can anyone refer me to a site our app that can help me with weight loss, calorie counter, calculators etc? Something to help me along the way.
2. It seems like every time I research vitamin supplements some site is trying to sell me something. Is there any supplement, that along with good diet and exercise, can assist with weight loss? I've been taking stacker 2 and that really helps me curve my appetite.
3. I guess my last question, how do you all stay motivated to keep moving up the ladder? I won't lie, there's some days where all I can think about is her and get depressed and the thought of getting out of bed, let alone working out, seems impossible.
Be harsh if need be I don't mind just thought I'd ask you anonns for advice because i just want to be better.

Suppresses appetite. You shouldn't smoke though.
You shouldn't even need a supplement to assist with weight loss. The supplement industry makes you think there is a pill for everything, but there isn't. People buy all kinds of shit for "quick and easy" results, so they make loads of money by making snakeoil products.

I think the only thing that's really helped me with cravings is that stacker stuff. Maybe it's just the caffeine in them who knows. But I really don't want to use nicotine again because I know I'll want to smoke. I've heard green tea extract can help? B.s. or?

I drink a cup of it on a daily basis for a couple of weeks now, don't really know if it helps with fat loss yet. worth a try tho

Discipline yourself and create a routine. After a few weeks of doing the same thing it will be natural and you'll want to do it.

You are the sole person responsible for your future. You and you alone need to justify your decisions, actions and only you need to deal with the consequences. If you cheat and skip a workout because you were feeling lazy or have a chocolate bar because you were craving one then you have failed yourself. The stronger you are in your day to day life the stronger you will be when dealing with hardships. Never wish for a lighter burden, instead work towards broader shoulders.

Op here, If anyone is still in this thread, my breakfast consists of eggs and fruit. Is there any fruit that I should be eating over other? Usually Apples and oranges for me. Is there a better alternative breakfast for weight loss?
