I used to deadlift. I got up to 465 but then the reason I stopped was because I was starting to get back pain. I realized if I wasn't competing in powerlifting there was no reason to risk injuring myself.

My squat is low because I hate squatting. Love front squats though...just feels more athletic.

Power cleaning is the easiest thing to learn in Weightlifting. If youre athletic it'll be easy to do it kind of okay. My all time best cleans are pretty close to best bench, but i rarely clean anymore.

Triple PC & J 130kg though.

I might be able to bench 130-135kg. I don't do it anymore (Weightlifter now) but it's always stayed around 130-135kg whenever I try a single.

Power cleans were easy to learn, I had a coach though.

You can always power clean like almost 1.5x your ohp if you train both.
