No they won't. All those pushups (high reps) aren't increasing muscle growth. 1. Pushups mainly only work a certain few muscles. 2. High reps contribute to degradation of the fat in that area, and eventually muscle. High intensity, low reps are what help.
If you want to do pushups only do a few. It's totally counterproductive to do as many as you can.
Definitely don't constantly eat, that's not good for your metabolism or blood sugar. Have three meals a day and snacks if you like.
If you have a small appetite, sneak in high calorie foods so you don't notice how much you're eating. It's not about quantity, it's all quality. Like, you'll feel like you're eating a lot if you're trying to stuff yourself with a pound of veggies in one setting. But that won't make you gain weight, the fullness you feel is water weight.
Have nutrient dense, calorie dense foods.
Example, add cheese to your omlette, a slab of peanut butter to your toast, nuts to all your veggies, beans and rice as a side to your servings of protein. Idk anon, there are so many resources out there aimed at telling skellys how to eat more. You'll grow accustomed to it, as your stomach must be small now. Give it a couple weeks. It'll expand. Notice I'm not telling you to start chugging protein shakes. I'm just saying eat actual nutrient/calorie dense food, three times a day.
