Cutting thread? Anybody here cutting?

I've been on a low calorie diet for 2 years and lost a lot of weight. I have a bit more fat to lose so I went on a low carb diet. I don't know if it's working or not, I'm losing weight and feeling tired and my body temperature is going up so I'm guessing it is.

I realized that I had become a bit chubby at 80kg. That was back in March.

Now I'm 69kg and I'll just keep cutting. It's really easy due to the fact that I work a very active job, which usually results in about 12-17km walked daily.

Just 3 meals - 12am
6 pm
9.30 pm
And a protein shake in the morning.

And as for food, I try to keep it clean. For example, today I had brown rice/turkey for lunch; chicken and vegetables for dinner and a mackrel sandwich at night, which in total shouldn't be much over 1800 kcal or so.

you are probably going to want to go as low as 170.

sounds outrageous to you now, but as you approach it, you will find that you probably won't even have abs at 170.

i remember thinking i would be lean at 185, and now that i am 180 i can see i have another 20lb to go, easily.

also a little bit of "healthy" body dysmorphia (or body morphia, as i like to more accurately call it) can help.

just don't be a weak-willed anorexic bitch.

I'm about 5,11 too (1,78m) and I weight 69 and I still don't have abs. I'm just not fat.

I guess it's not considered cutting if I'm just losing a shit load of weight but yeah... 2 years. I was 225 and now I'm 140. I know it's spooky skellington mode but I just want some abs before doing a nice slow bulk. What's really getting me down now is this loose skin around my lower belly. I have a feeling it's always going to be there, hiding any chance of looking good.

Try working out? Give it a few months and you'll start treating it like a game. My rest days are torture now and I wish I was like wolverine or some shit so that I could work out all the time and my muscles would just repair automatically.

I was considering that but the scar from a tummy tuck is so bad that it might just look worse. And I'm trying to convince myself that it's not so bad. It really is nowhere near as bad as the google images for loose skin. When I get into a pushup position, about 1 inch of skin hangs down. I'm hoping that if I cut down to like 8% body fat, it will be very thin and that I'll have abs up top that will distract from the skin. I don't have loose skin anywhere else, not even on my chest, so I'm hoping this area will tighten up too.

thats not good practice.Focus on doing 4xF sets twice a week until you reach 12 reps.
It will also give you a solid grip (helping with DL)
