Yeah, I'd argue the drunk binging and next day apathy is worse than the alcohol itself most of the time, especially on a cut (Assuming you're drinking less than twelve drinks of course). I've found popcorn is the best drinking snack though. It's only like 350 calories for a big bag and it's fatty salty deliciousness that you want when you're drunk, rather than eating like 1500 calories of junk food.

I literally develop a condition if I drink more than 1 or 2 beers a week.

I get horrible sleep paralysis, being sleep paralysis within a dream, general night terrors, physical pains like aliens or demons are poking or drilling my ribs or testicles while I'm in sleep paralysis. Just last night I went through at least 8 rounds of my balls being squeezed up and pulled until my mind believed my right testicle kept being ripped off and rolling on my stomach outside my ballsack.

That on top of alcohol giving cancer, weakening immune system to get colds, general grogginess, having trouble sleeping at night but falling asleep in morning, fucking up my physical progress, and making me hungry all the time while drunk.

Is good enough reason to keep the alcohol in the garbage bin.
It's only hallucinatory drugs and maoi inhibitors for me.

Maybe if I get back to a size 32 waist and am still lean I'll let myself have a beer or two maybe once or twice a week.
