Currently trying really hard for a sub 20 minute 5k.
Started about a month ago, running a fast 5k and a relaxed 8k every week.

When I started I couldn't do more than 4k at 12km/h, next week I did a 5k at that pace and i've been shaving off 30 seconds to a minute every time I run the fast 5k. I'm currently at 22:40, but I feel I might plateau soon. Any tips for increasing my 5k as quick as possible?

Anyway, how often do you guys go out for a run? and do you run when you have doms from leg day?

How do I know if I have a metatarsal stress fracture?

4th metatarsal has hurt at the arch for a week, but not that bad. I can run on it okay. Only direct pressure hurts bad.
