The main reason people hate steroids is because they don't look as good as the people taking them. All natties have their own reasons for not taking them, whether health concerns or don't want to pay for them, or maybe they just don't like needles. There's nothing wrong with any of this. It's ok to not take steroids.
The problem is that certain natties shit on people for taking steroids because they will never be physically superior, so they have to claim some type of moral superiority. It's quite catty 2bh, just like women who have to nitpick the looks of women who are more beautiful than them because it makes them feel better. It makes insecure skellingtons feel better to make fun of guys who are on roids, even though roiders work just as hard -- and some certainly work harder -- than natties.

People hate steroids because 99.9% of media is about them shilling strength and muscle through hard work and eating right and taking the correct supplements.
But when others realize they're just getting strength mass and will power from a fist full of pills or a shot in the ass those lifters become just complete fucking losers who never had what it took in the first place.
Even worse all of them EVERY SINGLE ONE says they are natty and other people just aren't working hard enough.
It's infuriating bullshit.
No one would have ANY problem with them taking steroids if they were 100% honest and there were actual hard working natural people who worked out and understood how a normal person functions were as pushed as those geared up queers.
