Tl;dr Help me with my tender infant pecs.
Hey guys, first time posting here so I'm not sure if this is common/has been answered etc. When I do my pushups I feel no burn in my pecs at all. It mainly hits my shoulders. I have been lifting on and off for 5 years (HS football I squatted 490 and benched only 220 while weighing 240 for ref) and it has always been this way even with the bench, I can't grow my pecs. While I understand this is THE sign of bad form I have asked many people including a personal trainer and they all say my form is fine.
1. Any tips or tricks to make the pushups hit?
2. Any other at-home exercises to target this muscle group?
Gym is not an option as I need to save money for school but I do have some home equipment from the 60s. Thanks!

Tuckyour elbows in and pull your shoulderblades together.
It's that easy, senpai

Seconded.
Also I would use wider grip on pushups, keep bench the same as you've always done.

Shit you weren't kidding. Wish someone would have told me that forever ago. Thanks guys!
I'll hijack your thread OP
Why does my back hurt like fuck when I do benchpress? Under the scapula.

Si, I just watched a video about proper pushup form a few days ago and found out I've been doing them wrong for my whole life. Its definitely not obvious, they feel way better with good form though.
Pecs are mainly genetics.
They are basically like boobs except for men. You either have them or you don't.
There are many roiders out there with babby-pecs and huge shoulders... it's just fate.
Pecs, calves, and hips are basically out of your control

bullshit 1/8 ROM squat like every other high schooler does.

Were you natural..? I'm assuming yes by your low bench, but got damn that's impressive. On a side note, why the fuck is it just now telling me I got banned in June...? I never posted that. I'm on my works wifi, could that have to do with this? Very confused
