I get so fucking jelly of these skellingtons who have trouble putting on weight, I miss eating high-cal food all day.
Get a multigrain tortilla. Put like, a quarter cup of peanut butter or Nutella on it. Roll it up. Eat it. That's at least 500 right there. Its even more if you add some strawberry jam.

skelly here and double tortillas is a legit protip. i bought these xxxl tortillas and 2 together are more than 600 calories
1. Count your calories
2. Make sure macro nutrients are in a good ratio (Carb: 60-70%, Protein: 15-20%, Fat: 10-15%) of daily calories.
3. Increase your daily calories by 500 (not including daily exercise or activities) for a slow gain of 1 lb per week.
Tips: Increase your calories in all macronutrients, not just protein or fat or carbs. If you are doing it right you WILL gain weight.
