Gone from a ~240 lbs fatty to a 190 lbs skinny fat in 3 months. I lift 3 times a week and do Hiit every other day. I only eat about 1200 kcal a day due to my e/c stack so hopefully I can keep whats left of my muscle by the time im done my cut.

did bb for 2 years, Push-Pull no legs and dirty bulked, then started training for strength about a year ago. Cut down during strength training (not that bad) and now bulking again @3500 kcal. Current routine is 1) squat, bench + bench accessories and some hypertrophy for chest, 2) deadlift +accessories and light squats and back hypertrophy, 3) bench and squar+accessories and shoulder hypertrophy

They're called traps. Deadlift, overheadpress, and shrugs are all compounds that hit traps. There are other isolators but I dont recommend wasting time on them. OHP, DL will get it done.
