Guys I asked help two days ago for a form check on both squats and deadlift because I have been stalling on both.
This was friday' session https://youtu.be/6x6CaQmNqPw (plate under the bar is to get somewhat close to standard bar height because the plates' dimensions aren't regular,still a couple cms short ).
In that session I tried what used to be my max and it felt pretty good,I even tried sumo for the first time(messing around because I don't know what to do for my deadlift anymore) and managed to get the rep.
Today I managed to get 3x5 115kg on squats but when I tried to deadlift I wasn't even able to break the barbell from the floor.
I'm not sure what to do anymore,I don't think diet is the problem because I'm putting on weight.
Are there big mistakes in my deadlift form?It has always been really weak like my bench and I don't know what to do anymore to progress.
Pic related is my progress in these last 2 months and a half on a clean bulk,I was cutting/recomping before.

Also 7 sets of upper back and some DB flies

Moved my bench grip out even more very slightly, still feeling great. Don't really understand why wider grip always felt like such shit before but it's feeling great now.
Sped up my descent a la the advice of Garage and Isley, didn't feel very good but everything moved pretty quick today so maybe there's something to it. Not gonna stop touching super low tho (sorry George).
Pretty happy with the AMRAP set. Previous best is like 225X13 or 230X12 or something like that and today was 245X11 so feelin good.
Super Ram single felt piss easy and I could have gotten 4-5 out of the set pretty readily but I decided to stick with the plan.

Very happy with how this program is treating me. Though I will say my elbows will be happy when I take a week off here in 5 weeks.

HAd this happen to me once in that exact spot, and I was fucking around for days trying to lacrosse ball it out, and stretch my shoulder every which way. Wasn't until an anon turned me on to the fact that the injury was likely in my chest. Lo and behold, after massaging and stretching my pec for two days, I was fit as a fiddle.
