I do a modified version of Zyzz's Simply Shredded routine. The only difference is that I do 5 x 5 on OHP, BP, Squat and Deadlift. I recently changed my deadlift to 1 x 5. On Friday instead of taking a rest day, I do abs and yoga.

My ab routine is

Hanging leg raises 4 x 10
Planks on a Swiss ball 4 x 1 minute (30 second rest)
Dragon Flags 4 x 5
Stomach vacuums 10 times for 10 seconds (30 second rest)

I also do HIIT cardio Monday Wednesday and Friday.

I did for a while. For 9 months, nearly a year actually I couldn't do any pressing, and no squats either because of where my arms would need to go (gym didn't have a safety bar). I eventually managed to start doing rows again and after lots and lots of rehab I started to fix it. Stretching triceps helped a lot too because apparently mine were tight and tugging on the shoulder joint

Im not sure how the routine lotus gave you looks like, but i would trust him. Im sure it has the basic deadlifts, squats, bench, rows, and you threw whatever "weak" points you view on your body into it. If you progress in the basics you will gain muscle, you don't need to be Androgenic Arnold to know that.

I haven't noticed any changes in my mood, my mood has been consistent. But my sex drive has reached over 9000. Before Var my libido was low, but now my mind is constantly filthy and fantasizing a lot. I once had to stop working and sit my ass down to cool off in the bathroom. For my poor ass progress it might have something to do with me not doing squat and diddy properly to hit my glute. I do more legs than upper body but when ever I do squat I can't feel anything on my glute, so I have been doing glute bridges and donkey kicks. It's a shame I know.

5'10" 200lbs.

thanks. I def think it's possible, but I'm actually testing 1rm so that I can have something to go off of for a new training block. estimated was 540 and 561, so my conservative attempt is 550, but will def try for higher-those things are often under what I actually can do.
