Creativity with food is about more than aesthetics. You can eat really great tasting and healthy food with some ingenuity. But if you're just looking for fuel just stick with your vomit. If it works for you in your situation then all the best to you.

No more no less than what everyone else does. Pretty much mechanical posts to these threads if I catch 'em floating. Maybe it'll motivate some guy to eat more veggies - I have had people ask for specifics, after all.

I don't know why you're telling me any of this. It has nothing to do with me and nothing to do with my points.

I asked why creativity has to be a factor to me. You say I can eat really great tasting and healthy food with xyz. Well, I'm eating healthy food and I'm so in love with the taste that I eat it nightly. I don't think there's a problem here.

I'm lookin' for quality fuel that tastes amazing. Just about every meal I have fits those two criteria (for me). A defense isn't even really needed to it being compared to vomit. It's for myself; I'm not shoving it down your throat. And I wasn't stopping anyone from calling it that. It's just cute to me that it's a common response in a fitness community, that's all.
