1. Eat as much as humanly possible
2. Smoke weed erry day for them appetite gains
3. Never do cardio, if you do eat even more than you ussually do.
4. COUNT YOUR CALORIES AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ATLEAST A 1000 CALORIE SURPLUS
