I started SS and I can't fuckng squat more.I have 74kg 186cm ALl my lifts are up from bar to this :
Bench 80kg
OHP 50kg
DL:130kg
Squat 70kg LOL
I just cant do it. All my other lifts are steadily going up but I cant fucking squat more. My form probably is not perfect but Im sure its not the problem. I fucking hate squatting too. Losing all motivation brehs.
Have a friend who juices and does a shitty brosplit with 0compound lifts and hes fucking shredded.

My progress

>height 193cm
>weight 80kg ->95kg
>Deadlift 60kg -> 140kg (1 Rep)
>Squat 80->100kg (10x3 reps)
>Bench Press 30kg->70kg (1 rep)

Been lifting for 4 months now. Try sumo squat, I like it very much. I have no program, I just do everything for 3 days in a row, then few rest days. Calorie intake has been 2800kcal for a month and I've stopped gaining weight, but has lose none

lowbar or highbar?

Highbar progression sucks dick. There's a reason why Rip recommends lowbars.
My highbars stalled at 80 kg at my peak, then it started decreasing after I lost motivation.
After switching to lowbar, squat is steadily increasing, now 95kg with strength to probably squat 2 plate.
So switch to lowbars if you haven't already

Stopping squats remains the best gym-related decision I've ever made. It has had no impact on my aesthetic progress and I don't dread workouts anymore.

Squats really are an exercise you only do if you have specific goals in mind or have nothing in mind and blindly follow the instructions spewed out by this board.

Same goes for deadlifts. But at least they lead to noticeable gains.
