Id say you could probably still run SS with those stats, however if you don't make gains on SS then the only two programs that I can coach for are Texas method or Madcow. I prefer Madcow because I like percentage based programs.
It's up to you, there's plenty more than TM and Madcow, Jonnie candito's 6week program may interest you, or even his linear progression program.

Grip, as any other component, is technique dependant. I've noticed instant increases in my deadlift when I've changed where in my palm I let the bar rest. Find the right way for you to grip the dumbell, and if you still have problems, use straps on your heavier sets and do grip work separately.

I managed to get up to 112,5kg squats but I think my form is really bad.Usually it takes 2-3 workouts to even call my new work set a squat.
I recorded myself doing deadlifts too because I'm not sure if my back is straight and I don't want to risk an injury.
I also tried for the first time ever sumo deadlifts because my conventional 1x5 is 100kg and I thought I was doing something completely wrong in conventional.
I feel I can't get the weight off the floor in the right way in both conv and sumo,the rest of the lift seems easy most of the time.

I say this every time I think: Fix your walkout. Three steps. Three steps is all it takes to get that bar out. Four is acceptable if something is weird. Fidgiting your feet like that before the lift is just awful. Get grounded right away mate, don't pussyfoot around.
Good depth, good grind. Your wrist positioning shows me that you're holding the bar up with your hands, not on your back.
I'm not even going to bother with deadlift, because you had a comically light weight on the bar, and you were doing it from blocks.
You can get off a beginners routine like SS, when you are unable to ad 5-10 lbs to the bar per workout. Not when it gets hard, not when you think you can't, but when you can't.

Deadlifts are actually not on blocks,the plate's dimensions are not standard and even with the added space it should be some cm lower than actual bar height.

Starting strength is the only programming book which goes into scientific examination of form efficiency and all else.
There isn't many other better books on training, not that there isn't any, but starting strength is one of the best.

Woke up this morning, its extremely tender, walking causes mild discomfort, stretching it or bending over is unstable and hurts, walking up stairs is pretty painful.
