I buy the Costco brand, not sure the name. 110 calories, 25g of protein. I only use it to supplement meals, I don't do any "pre" or "post" workout bullshit. I usually mix it with milk, sometimes water, sometimes half and half.

I get the muscle milk whey (not the regular "muscle milk") from costco. It's cheap as fuck, tastes great, and mixes great. I usually add some peanut flour which makes the shake taste even better and improves the macros. In a blender I'd add pb and a banana. Also, always use some milk, it makes it taste ten fold better than water alone.
