I went vegan for almost a year. I personally always felt tired. Whey protein wasn't cutting it, and proteins in fruits and veggies are a joke. Nothing feels better than eating a cajun spiced grilled chicken breast, or a catfish fillet baked in bread crumbs. I never touch dark meats though, besides the occasional cube steak. I always buy chicken, turkey, and white fish like catfish, tuna, etc.
