I have a confession fit... my lifts are as followed:
Bench-305 (no bullshit just get it up stuff)
Deadlift -475
Squat.....315
I am going to squat 3 to 4 times a week. My theory is obvious the more you squat the more comfortable and progress you make. I used leg press and other non squat related leg exercise so my legs look decent, but i want to squat heavy fucking weights. Im going to leave humanity behind and curl 8 hours brb
Leave humanity behind don't look fucking back brah
Lol i meant legs for 8 hours

Holy shit I know a guy with the same face shape. Is this some kind of physical disorder? It looks so fucking silly. Like someone put a space marine's head on a twelve year old's body.
I know this guy IRL, whenever i see posts about people complaining about the size of their jaws i always think about him
The jaw of gods

I've been off to a rocky start lifting (got sick for two weeks then got in a car accident, putting me out for a month) but so far I'm doing okay. I'm too autistic to ask for a spot when benching so all I do is shit you can do in the squat rack and curls. Consequently my upper body is pretty pathetic
Went from not being able to do lmao1pl8 to lmao165 over a month or so.

>squat 3 to 4 times a week
you wont have enough recovery time to max, ever
Just started lifting couple of months ago.
I had had 4 surgeries on my knee. 2 becouse of a metal shard that went in my knee and 2 other for motorcylce crashes.
>bench 88kg 2 reps
>squat 80kg 1 rep
>deadlift 140kg 2 reps
there's even this one guy who has seen me bench 88kg for 2 reps and then he saw me struggle with 1 rep 80kg squat and i could just feel him hate me.
