Okay, so as a joke I once squatted and deadlifted while wearing my girlfriend's butt plug.
To my surprise I was actually able to lift slightly more. The butt plug allowed me to generate insane amounts of intra-abdominal pressure.
I want to use one in my next powerlifting meet but I'm not sure if that's within the rules or not.
