Personally I'm doing 3000 calories a day, and although it doesn't look like much, it's about weight gain. As long as you are steadily increasing weight, muscles will just pack on and you wont have to cut as hard

Progress could have been better but I had a few bumps and didn't take it seriously. Just tried to eat better and more while increasing weight a little bit each week. Had a few injuries along the way and learned about proper form the hard way.

Skelly as fuck, only a couple weeks into SS but been going to the gym doing other bullshit since I started college this fall

Need gainz, I actually went from down from 125 lbs at the beginning of the semester to 111 lbs now and I've almost exclusively been lifting

It's also hard as fuck to count calories since I have to rely on food court meals cause of a meal plan. I just eat as much as fucking possible and try to have as much protein as I can find without leaving out other shit you need to eat to stay healthy.

As for diet well im not a vegan or anything, but I generally eat pretty "healthy" i dont eat junk food, dont drink much pop or anything. Im not hardcore or anything, but i try to eat reasonably most the time for sure, besides very random cheat meals or something.

Well desu I went from fat ass to super skinny before I started hitting the gym. When I was fat I was a joke to women. As for the change from dyel skinny to somewhat fit I guess the quality of women has gone up but not the quantity. But that's my own fault. I don't go out much so I only bang chicks from work.
