IF is good for health when done correctly, like during Ramadan.
During the rest of the year, maybe fast one or two days out of the week every once in a while.
Fasting kills fat cells and allows your digestive system to rest.

Yes it is easy as hell to loose fat with IF.
Lost 12kg with it (now I am 78kg 180cm)

Can't say much on strength gains in general because I was lazy as fuck before...so I suppose my strength gains are just noob gains

IF is very comfortable dealing with meals, when you are busy all day and don't have time for eating every 3 hour. Also eating 2000 kcal in one meal is more satisfying than 300-600 kcal mini portions (cutting)
