I hadn't squatted, benched, or deadlifted before january of this year. I can squat 320, bench 230, and DL 405. All mostly recent PR's. Feels good. I should have a 1000 pound total in a few months if I stay consistent and don't hurt myself. Was recently rear ended though and my low back hasn't been the same since.

Well, I have never held that much weight, so I thought I could make some good gains by doing a single shrug. Also, It slipped out of my hand and I couldn't stop it. Unfortunate, but oh well.

Hit an 85kg axle push press last week. Really need to work on technique there, I'm getting way less out of the push than I should be.

i suck at everything overhead, best bench is 120kg and my best ohp is only 67.5. I wanted to be able to get 2 plates over head in any sort of fashion but it might take a while.

I'm the reverse. My best strict press is 75, but my best bench is only 105.
Still, that should go up before long. I'm pretty sure its my upper back holding me back there (when deadlifting as well) rather than my pressing strength. Keep getting pushed out of position.
