ye bro my DL is getting to the point where sometimes I'm a bit scared to add weight. what if i didn't eat quite enough, go too ham and snap my shit up? sometimes i get stubborn about finishing the set and refuse to quit on the 3rd/4th rep even if my form breaks a bit.
i bench in the power rack tho and i've failed reps a few times. makes it a lot less scary.
