SS:

A
Squat 3x5
Press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Dips 3xF

B
Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Power Clean 5x3
Chin-Ups 3xF

Find a flaw.

26/6'0/180
Deadlift: 315 x 2
Squat: 215 x 5
Bench: 205 x 5
OHP: 125 x 4
>>
the flaw is that you're not very strong yet.
>>

Should I run this program to get strong?
>>
>>34890131
yes, but you'll have to change programming for bench/ohp a lot sooner than squats/deadlift.
>>
>>34890149
What do you mean? More volume? Less volume? Accessory work for press movements?
>>
>>34890165
you have to switch to intermediate programming for bench/ohp after a while, possibly after a few weeks. exactly how you do the intermediate programming is really up to you as there are a bunch of intermediate programs. specially you'll do SS for all the other exercises and do something else for bench/ohp, for example texas method.

>>34890186
So for the presses maybe do 5x5 on Monday, 2x5 at 80% on Wednesday, and 1x5 PRs on Friday?

And keep the rest as is?
>>
>>34890219
That's the typical way to do it, yes. obviously you shouldn't do this until it becomes necessary because progress is a lot slower on an intermediate program.
>>
>>34890235
K cool. What are you stats?
>>
>>34890264
not sure why that matters, but the last work sets I did were
DL: 5x177.5kg
squat: 5x156kg
bench: 3x5x108kg
press: 3x5x72kg
>>
>>34890289
Proof you actually lift?
>>
>>34890304
you lost me.
>>
>>34890315
Just want to know if I should listen to your advice or not.
>>
>>34890106
But in what progression do you workout

AxBxAxBxx?
or
ABxABxx?

(x=rest)
>>
>>34890649
AxBxAxx
BxAxBxx

I was jw because then I wouldn't be doing the program and I have heard bad things happen to people who don't do the program.
>>
>>34890789
going down to doing 3x3 on upper body lifts also works for a couple of weeks if you wanna milk out some more gainz before doing TM-ish or other weekly progress programming.
>>
>>34891063
I just started SS last Friday to get my numbers up. My squat is super weak so I figured SS would boost it. Not stalling on anything yet. Might try 3x3 or deload if I start to stall on the presses.
