>The single stupidest thing CrossFitters do is brag. It is like bragging about being smart when your IQ is in the single digits.

What's CrossFitters?

That reminds me
>remember that some kid back in high school bragged about doing cross fit
>Had no muscle what so ever
>think of course you do
>>
I never bothered to research crossfit, so.... what's with all those random exercises? Do they have a limited number of exercises or a program or shit like that or it's just random?
>>
>>34889935
Random dangerous exercises to keep people mentally fatigued and unthinking.
It's basically one part of the brainwashing that is used in militaries and cults.

Their rationale is that it helps them do things that they don't specifically train for better. I think something they said in regards to people training for a specific thing is something like:

>The things you do, we do almost as good
>The things we do, we do way better
>The things we both don't do, we do better

Except for most people training for a specific sport/activity, doing crossfit exercises better is not something they'd be interested in, and why would they want to train in a way to make them better at something they don't do and probably have no interest in doing.

Yeah, they usually reiterate the 'specificity is for ants" mantra and claim to be all around better, when they're just brainwashed cultists who're too exhuasted and deep in the hole to realize how dangerous and stupid the shit they're doing is.
They are all every single one of them one stupid exercise away from permanent injury and even fucking death and will have permanent life long injuries because of the stuff they are doing now.

They're "fit" but they are not healthy or energetic in any way and their later years will be hell due to the cumulative damage.
Want to know if a program or workout thing is worth a damn? Look at the creator/champion of it. If they need gear just to maintain mass or live well then ditch it.
If they have happy healthy lives and the program the advocate is healthy then go for it.

Would suggest Jack Lalane videos for kids and teens and richard simmons for obese people and oldsters with recked bodies.

>Yeah, they usually reiterate the 'specificity is for ants" mantra
The hilarious part is this is the full quote:
>A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.
>-Robert A. Heinlein

That quote is completely true
