Do something worth falling asleep to like a long distance run and time your meals at night to not be within 12 hours of waking up. When you wake up its okay to lay in bed about an hour.

>someone embarrassed himself this badly to take a surreptitious photo of a girl who looks like she has downs

pathetic
>>
Take melatonin 1 hour before sleep. You won't make you sleepy, but if you lie down and close eyes, it will make you fall asleep no matter the hour.

There's also an app for people who lucid dream as a hobby that tracks your sleep. You can use it even if you don't care about your dreams to track your sleep schedule

brb mental imagining this photo for a bit to fuck boobs of this girl in dream tonight

remove 30 minutes every morning starting from 2 pm until you reach 7am.

Moving all of the sudden from 2 to 7 wont last, you'll fall back after 1 week.

Go to be at 22-23, take melatonin, stare at the walls untill you fall asleep. If you fall asleep at 3 am and the next alarm is at 8, you will get up at 8, no matter what. If you don't, you'll have to start over.

Adding normal activities during the day like work/study and fitness will passively help to make you progressively tired towards the evening.

But you need to keep in mind you'll need weeks to properly adjust, if you think you'll do it in 7 days forget it, find a night-shift job and be done

Last night I took 16 melatonin to put myself to sleep from 8-2 and I've been up since. I'm going to try to try to go to bed around midnight or 1 and wake up at 9 or 10 am. Idk how well this will work but within the last couple of weeks my sleep has shifted from falling asleep around 2am to falling asleep around 5-6am.

What in the hell
>>
>>34889082
you do know that more than 3mg of melatonin actually makes it harder to sleep right?
>>
>>34889082
Lmao you fucktard. Enjoy shitting up your hormones.

You're the kind of faggot that caused various supplements to be illegal, the shitty kind of moron that has to over do DNP, hormones and all that shit.

Go to bed 30 minutes earlier every night, and wake up 30 minutes earlier every morning. Do this until you reach your desired time. Should take you about 2 weeks.
>>
>>34889082
Dawg, i know its hard to understand, but your body gives you a burst of melatonin to wake you up in the morning. You want like 1-3mg, tops, and then to avoid ALL LIGHT starting like 30 minutes after you take it. I mean, not even a cellphone/latop screen. Not even a night light. Not even an alarm clock. 100% cave-mode darkness.

Ummm, is this a high school class? It looks like a 25 year old is sitting behind her pretending to be a teen
>>
>>34888895
Ive fall into this exact same routine, I tried waking up around 9am a few times but its useless cause you crash later in the afternoon.

The only thing that ever worked for me was pulling an all-nighter, staying strong the next day and most importantly getting in to bed around 10pm else you get overtired and wont fall asleep till 5am again
>>
>>34888895

Here's what I did. Find a reason to wake up at that time. I mean a serious reason as to why you HAVE to get up at that time. Volunteer somewhere, go in to work early, try to be first in line at every Starbucks in your city one month, I don't care why just make it happen. Also come up with a new morning routine. I spent two weeks couch surfing at a friends house and woke up early to make breakfast every morning while I put on a classical music playlist on Spotify. I had never done that before and it worked. First night home my internal clock woke me up at 6am. It takes time and you will still be tired in the afternoon but you have to fight that urge to take a nap. Just stay busy and stay out of the house. Also, get rid of the snooze button. That thing wrecks your morning.

Either stay up 24 hours or get piss drunk

I am a professional insomniac and have to do this at least twice a month, sometimes more.

That never helps me, even if i stay up 50 hours (did it multiple times before), i still can't readjust to when i want to sleep.

Not op.

I remember this. Bending knees and using animations of reloading guns while dancing with a grill. Its probably top 3 most autistic things I've seen on my time on 4chins.
>>
>>34890991
>>34892348

if i ever set foot on a dancefloor, i'll do this and see if people react to it
>>
Keep going to bed and getting up later untill your sleeping pattern becomes normal again bruh.
>>
>>34888895
Don't sleep until 11pm the next day.
>>
>>34890991
I've done this dance move. People think it's legit.

He's also fairly muscular so unless you are I wouldn't try what he did.
>>
uhh go to bed at 7 am, wake up at noon. force yourself to stay up to 11 pm. wake up at 7 pm. this isn't rocket science, i do it every couple weeks because i work swing shift.
>>
>>34892348
>autistic
Look at the dude smiling, he obviously knew he was being funny.

That said, I don't know if he seriously lacked the coordination to bob the knees and do the reloads at the same time. That seemed a little "too human" to be acted.
>>
>>34888895
Go to bed half an hour earlier every day. That'll gradually fix it.

If you can't do half an hour earlier, do ten minutes earlier, or whatever's unnoticeable for you. It'll eventually be corrected.
>>
>>34888895
Take up smoking weed.
>>
>>34888909
It's only 4 hours if you sleep backwards.

You just have to change the time you eat breakfast. Your body will adjust its rhythm to match your meal cycle

This.
>>34890746
This is an alternative. Harder to pull off but quicker results
>>34893183
Maybe this if your 420friendly. Not necessarily going to help you reset your pattern but if you get the correct strains you should feel like laying on clouds which is nice.

If I ever need to "reset" my sleeping I just take like 2 benadryl and within 60-90 minutes I'll pass out. Maybe like 2 nights in a row. By then I'll fall asleep at that time without it.

Also webm's aren't working for me anymore
what do?
