I've been wondering the same, OP. Can't see much of my abs at all, especially the bottom 4 and I'm in decent shape. Good size and definition about everywhere else. Although I do still hang onto a little bit of fat around my hips (lower ab area)

What are some good ab and pec exercises if I only have dumb-bells, /fit/lords?
