I didn't do anything really, just walking around a lot everyday at school etc and playing sports with friends casually.
I'm lucky that I've got a good base to build off though.

265 bench 350 squat and 365 deadlift.

Getting back to those numbers as a 19 yr old didn't take long, and I just built from there.

I'm find it hard to be motivated anymore. I've been half ass lifting and dieting for the past 2-3 months... I mean this is the first time in my life where shit is moving really quick and I'm fucking around to much. I'm doing hard drugs (including meth) every weekend, I have some court issues going on, broke as shit, school is raping my ass hole, just got a stupid ticket for a fake id... just a weird point in my life at age 20... fuck this age.

Anyone know the feels?

see above, i don't really do isolations. I've been known to do the occasional set of decline weighted crunches, but maybe once a week, and haven't done them for months now due to not having the equipment. I just do a lot of compound lifts, so a lot of squats and deadlifts. That's literally it. It's probably why my arms are small, i don't curl. Don't really care to be honest though.

Your face seems attractive enough and hair looks thick to support most haircuts, just don't go overly fuqboi-ish and look into something with low maintenance.

More shoulders (and possibly back) and you'll be top tier aesthetic-wise.

yes, and well on your way to aesthetics. i' reccommend a few months slow bulking (no point in putting on a load of fat) then cut. when cutting, do heavy sets, not high reps. no point in training for size when you're cutting, the aim is to preserve muslce. do high rep sets by all means, but only after the low rep heavy compounds. also make sure to squat and deadlift heavy. with your frame and a couple of years you could easily be an aesthetic beast, bigger than me (i'm the first guy you linked btw with the whack haircut).

you are out of fyel mode, bulk a bit more, cut, and you'll be aesthetic. repeat a couple more times, you'll be drowning in pussy.

i'm 183cm (like 6'0)

currently at the gym, squatted 180kg for 4 but im hungover and have missed a week due to partaying. i got a 200kg squat last week, could have done more, i exploded it up.

deadlift is probably around 180 for 5, it's about the same as my squat. i don't know why my dl is so shit but i'm working on it.

bench is 120kg for 3, 110kg for 6, as of 5 days ago.

i literally only do compounds. 60kg weighted chins for 5 reps, OHP 65kg for 5, db press 30kg dbs for 10 (this is shit). i don't row, i just chin up, i prefer them.
