If you are in the US, now is the time for pomegranates. They're like 2 for five dollars- those huge ones that Pom Wonderful comes out with.

Basically you cut a circle at the top and take it off so you can see the sections, then cut along down where it naturally separates on the five sides and pull it apart.

Some people just chew for the juice and spit out the seeds, but that's crazy talk.

only been eating like 1600-1800 cal a day for over a month

200g chicken breast.

First cycle I've ran. 40mg dbol a day for 4 weeks, 500mg TestE/week for 12 weeks, aiming for 4k+ calories and 350g+ protein per day. Starting stats were 6'3, 200lbs, 11% body fat.

the indian spinach dish is LOADED in calories.
It's called Saag Paneer. It's good if you're on a bulk i guess. its just really high in calories without being filling. lots of nutrients though. Indian food is always a complete meal

That being said I try to make spinach every meal

Recovering skelly

This is my gains burrito with 2 xxl tortillas (400 cal by themselves) little less than 1 lb of 90/10 ground beef (bout 800 cals ) 1 whole avocado (bout 250 cals) and other shit like tomatos, onion, cilantro, salsa etc I don't bother counting but prob is about 50 or 75 cals. Overall intake is about 3300 cal per day
