Hey /fit/ I need your help. I'm trying to loose weight. I'm 6'4 and weigh 489 pounds. I'm 19 and being a fat fuck isn't how I plan on living my life. What I need help is. Well. I don't know what to do. I want to become fit while loosing weight. But I have no idea on how. I walk but I feel I need to dk more than just walking and watching what I eat. I have been at this for 2 years and only lost 4 pounds to only gain 10. If you guys can. I need a regiment. A list of things to do and complete. I have a problem with doings things my way since it doesn't work out. But if I had a list or something to follow I will do well. Will post pics of progress.

Dude you really just have to stop eating so much. If you only eat 1000 calories/day you can lose 5 lbs every week cause youre so fat. Literally just get used to being hungry and functioning without food. I fast 20 hours, eat a BIG protein packed healthy meal for dinner and im stuffed when I fall asleep.

Walking isn't enough it would seem, idk how much of an option jogging would be, but power walking, or at least walking at a faster pace, would be, for longer periods.
