Didn't want to mention genetics but i know guy who has never had strict diet actually he havent had diet at all (skipping meals, not counting anything, just eating whatever he likes (could eat 500 g of sweet rolls at night), sleeping less than 6 hours but hitting gym hard (bp 120, squat 3pl8) and looks so good (in 2 years).
