Hey /fit/
I have done ICF for the past 5 months and I feel like I have hit a plateau.
Current lifts (1RM)
OHP : 60kgs
Bench : 70kgs
Squats : 100kgs
Deadlift : 160kgs
What routine do I switch to at this point to still make steady progression? My end goal is aesthetics with a strong core.
Pic related is me 2 months into the program (6" 3 pajeet lanklet here)
Also, routine switch general I guess.
Spare me the designated posting, please. Really need some advice.

You have a more than good enough strength base to go for a PPL or U/L split.
I'd recommend coolcicada's PPL if you can afford to go 6 days a week, something like PHUL if you can afford to go 4 days.

Then again if you're bored of ICF why not give Upper / Lower split a shot? I recommend Candito's LP routine.
OR if you don't mind hitting the gym 6 times a week go for Push/Pull/Legs routine. I know it's an intermediate routine but it's a shit load of fun.

Did you eat while doing ICF? Make sure to eat on TM or it will you finish you dead.

Do a PPL routine. Phat is a good one if you wanna train 6 days per week. Pic related is a good one if you wanna train for 4.
If you're gonna train for 3 days then you should stick to full-body routines.
