I honestly think the "loading" phase isn't a good thing at all. I did a loading phase on the creatine I bought a long time ago and I got bloated as fuck

As you take creatine, creatine accumulates in your body. At a certain point, you reach saturation, the maximum amount of creatine your body can hold.

Taking the recommended 5g a day will eventually cause your body to saturate with creatine, and from then on the 5g/day is for maintaining saturation (which is actually more than you need).

A heavy loading phase just gets you to saturation faster. It's not necessary, but it means you feel the full effect of creatine a week or so sooner.

So yes, it's a real thing, but it's optional.

nah its all the same. I just know bodytech is their own brand, stuff is really cheap. I use cre+ its like a blend of monohydrate, anhydrous, and hcl. it's has D3 too. I like it.

also when I loaded last year, I just took 5g twice a day for 3 days. some homies say it's just too saturate your muscles with creating and the 3-5g a day you take is upkeep.
