What's so great about oats? They have kinda shitty macros and not that many calories, why does everyone here say "squats+oatz" and shit?
Just a curious noob, I like oats, i just don't see why they're good for gains.

Takes like 10 minutes, tastes fine, and it's cheap. What the fuk else am I supposed to eat every morning? Eggs? I already eat that for lunch. Cereal is shit, salads aren't anywhere near enough calories.
