I spend atleast 2 hours everyday or more at the gym. Except leg and ab day I do about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

How do you spend less time on legs than anything else you filthy casual?
About 30-45 minutes working out everyday then there's other stuff such as stretching and trying stuff such as handstands or levers.

Aboot an hour. All I can get away with at lunch and am too dyel to bother with a real gym yet.
I do isolations so I usually take 45mins +/-5 a day.
I don't really see the point of sitting in the gym for 2 hours
