Maybe a strange idea, but alot of how much gains are made has to do with how much nutrients your body decided to send to the muscle. This is also what certain male hormones increase etc.
So this made me think. Will my body be stimulated to send more nutrients (and will it have effect) to my muscles if i do a bunch of movements throughout the day? Like a couple of sets of bodyweight squats.., or some weightless (just arms) OHP presses every hour or so?

But its impossible to test it out because i dont have an identical twin as a control group and even if i did the evidence would be anekdotal. We need to find a mechanistic explaination on this that shows that using a muscle stimulates nutrient uptake in that muscle or something.

That is literally what working out is for

Ye but my idea is to (besides normal workouts) keep the muscles stimulated very lightly throughout the day, in hopes of further stimulating nutrient uptake there.
Cardio? Nutrients are carried through the blood, so some mild cardio will keep the blood flowing well towards your muscles and organs in general.
Pretty sure it has already been studied.
