Will eating only the egg whites of an egg remove all the negatives of an egg? And will it still have the same amount of protein?

Ignore these niggers OP. Yes, just eating the white stuff of the egg is totally safe and you can eat as much of it as you want. And yes all the protein is stored in it.

The yolk is HDL, good for you. Anything in excess is bad for you. Read a book for fucks sake, your body needs the fats in the yolk, it isn't all about muscle building from food.
raw yolk isnt bad at all due the lecitine in it
It removes most of the problems with eggs and all of the problem with eggs and heart disease. You won't have a heart attack from eating egg whites. I've heard that it can cause biotin deficiency though because the egg whites bind to the biotin. You probably shouldn't rely on egg whites for a huge amount of your daily protein, just have a little egg white and vegetable scramble in the morning

yes.
the only detriment to egg is the saturated fat content.
there are no sat fats in the white.
you will lose a tiny bit of protein, but not much.
you can calculate protein per gram of egg white.
>all these ketards thinking sat fats are fine
spoiler: you don't need to consume ANY sat fats, and there is health detriment to sourcing more than 7% of your calories from sat fats

The cholesterol is also a downside of the yolk. A lot of people on this board still have the idea that dietary cholesterol does nothing in your body, even though we have threads about this every day showing that it is a problem. Here's the last one we had

Eating the whites though gets rid of all the saturated fat AND cholesterol, so win-win
