So a girl I meat we really hit it off been talking for 3 weeks now but how do I make her squat? She currently goes to the gym doing only leg presses and she thinks squats are bad for her knees

How do I convince her to become pic related qt?

You can, but it's not optimal. I spent 3 years leg pressing before I started squatting. Was leg pressing nearly 400kg full ROM for fairly high reps.

Stopped being a pussy a year ago and started squatting. My legs are literally more developed and muscle now from only working upto a 120kg squat for set of 10. My posture is also better, overall strength increase across the board over all lifts and my lower back/posterior chain feels much more developed and solid.

I would never go back to leg pressing again. Squatting as much as I hate it compared to leg pressing, it seriously trains the body better, not only that but it trains more muscles in the body. My lower back wasn't getting any training when I was leg pressing, but it gets huge amounts of development from squatting.

TLDR: Squatting is much better than Leg pressing. You're really limiting yourself by choosing to Leg press over a squat.

I'll never understand it.

My knees hurt back when I would not go down far enough. Now that I go ass to calves my knees no longer hurt.

Protip: If your knees hurt when squatting its because you're not going low enough and you're lying to yourself if you think you are.

Maybe it's about how far out her knees are. Look at Klokov, he keeps his knees not as far from toes, as she.

Klokov has stumpy legs though.

I'm 6'2 with long ass legs. To hit depth my knees go way in front of my toes, especially in the snatch/oh squat.
